What type of event does Stellaire specialize in planning?

We specialize in wedding catering services and we have birthday packages at affordable prices, ensuring that clients receive delectable food at the right price.

Our full catering and events services include a choice of menu and thematic floral dress-up of the reception area. We work with every detail of celebration, including selecting a venue; choosing event themes and motifs; and arranging décor. Stellaire provides a stress-free experience while remaining true to your vision from start to finish.

How early should you start planning an event?

Ideally, you should have at least 4-6 months to plan (depending on the nature of your event).

If someone wants to start planning an event, what should they do?

One of the first things to think about when planning an event is how much you can afford to spend. Once you have set a budget, you can finalize your motif, theme, venue, and program.

What are your office hours?

Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are there labor charges?

The service of the waiters is up to 4 hours only. An overtime fee of Php50.00 per waiter shall be charged per succeeding hour. There is also an additional Php50.00 per floor per waiter if the event is held in a building without service elevator or if the loading/unloading area is 50 meters away from the venue.

Are there delivery charges?

Yes, we charge additional transportation fee depending on the location.

Do you cater and style events on holidays?

Yes, except on Christmas and New Year’s Day.

How are the items on your menu packaged, presented, served, etc.?

You can choose between a buffet style service and a plated style service (with additional cost). We also offer packed meals for event staff members.

What can I expect when I work with Stellaire?

Stellaire will professionally handle your requests, providing you with affordable catering, excellent service, flexible menu, and superior product. We will provide a beautiful set-up and spotless clean-up. Our full service catering ensures your event runs smoothly and will be enjoyable.

How do I pay for my order/reservations?

A reservation fee is required for the confirmation of the booking. The 50% deposit is required 30 days before the event and the full payment must be given 14 days before the event. The client shall settle additional charges on the date of the event. Payments can be made through cash or bank transfer.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

The menu selection and guarantee of attendance are required 7 days prior to the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

The client shall inform the caterer of any cancellation of the function/banquet. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply:

  1. Seventy two (72) hours prior to the function date, seventy percent (70%) of the guaranteed contract price will be charged.
  2. Forty-eight (48) hours prior the function date, full payment of the guaranteed contract price will be charged.
  3. 10% of the contract price will be charged upon “early” cancellation of the contract.

Do you do tastings?

Yes, we do. The tastings are free for 2 people who will attend. Should you want to have more than 2 people to attend, you may make these arrangements in advance and there will be an extra fee per extra person that will be paid by the end of the tasting.
